Policies
- A non-refundable booking fee is required for all bookings (deposit will be applied to service requested).
- Permanent makeup procedures last 1-3 years depending on lifestyle and care. All services require an initial touch up, the cost will be determined by the length of time from the service.
- If you are having Lip Blushing completed and have had a cold sore in the past then please check with your doctor about having an antiviral medication prescribed prior to your appointment to prevent cold sores.
- You may reschedule one time with your booking fee. If you wish to reschedule a second time you will lose the previous booking fee and have to pay a new non-refundable booking fee of %50 of the service requested.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you forfeit your booking fee. If you are more than 10 mins late to your appointment you will also be charged a $20 late fee. If you are more than 15 mins late, your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your booking fee.
- Payment will be collected after In person consultation at initial visit.
- No refunds for any service completed. no Refunds for open Products. Refunds will be subject to a 4% processing fee, if approved.
- Absolutely no guests will be permitted to accompany you during your service unless they are also being serviced. No Children are permitted in the Suite.
- All services must be completed within 45 days of making your deposit in order to keep any promotional value. Appointments that are scheduled and/or completed after the 45 day period will be subject to new pricing if applicable.
- There will be 50% charge to any no-show appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment will be considered a no-show appointment. Anyone scheduling after a no-show appointment will also be required to pay a %100 of service booking fee in order to rebook for any service.
- If you have had previous work in the area that you are interested in being serviced then it must be approved before scheduling your appointment and making your non-refundable deposit.
- there are no guarantee or promises for any services.
- There will be no exceptions to any of the policies listed. It is your responsibility to read all the policies, If you do not understand a policy or have questions about a policy, please call or email before booking the service and making your deposit.
